FPD offers ash lumber from the Southern region of the USA. This lumber comes in a variety of NHLA approved grades including FAS, 1 common, and 2 common. Typical thicknesses include 25mm and 50mm. The ash lumber we sell is always kiln dried and rough surfaced.

Ash has a variety of uses including furniture, flooring, doors, architectural millwork, boxes, molding, cabinetry, paneling, hockey sticks, skis, oars, turnings, crates, baseball bats, and tool handles. Our Ash lumber is sourced from the Southern region of the USA. Ash is straight grained and has a light brown heartwood and beige sapwood. This species maintains a high degree of workability especially with hand or machine tools and responds well to steam bending.
